BMX is not a sport, it’s a lifestyle. That statement could not be any truer. It’s not something you pick but picks you with no warning or choice really. One day everything clicks and the world looks and feels a little different from there on out.
The dynamics of being in a relationship with a rider hits every end of the spectrum. Some are stoked their girl rides, some like that she can’t even tell you what a spoke is and some will talk her into riding a bike as part of their wedding ceremony….

UK film maker Mark Locke (held responsible for directing and editing Dinosaur Jr’s video for “Over It” among other things) and his wife sealed the deal with all white vintage BMX bikes. Mark’s even had a set of Love Handles on his ride.
You get a girl to do that on their dream day she must be pretty rad. Congrats to the two and everyone else in it for life.
